At Nova Fishing & Outdoors, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Items not in their original condition or packaging
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at Novaticusllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
