Weekly Challenge - Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Nova Fishing & Outdoors Weekly Challenge (the "Promotion") is sponsored by NOVATICUS LLC, doing business as Nova Fishing & Outdoors, 1418 Olmstead Street, Owosso, Michigan 48867 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. The Promotion is void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs in weekly entry periods. Each weekly entry period begins Monday at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time and ends the following Sunday at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (each, an "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Promotion at any time.

4. How to Enter

During each Entry Period, visit the Weekly Challenge page at novafishingoutdoors.com, select your answer to the posted multiple-choice question, and submit the entry form with your first name, last name, and email address. Providing a phone number is optional and is not required to enter or win.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per Entry Period. Entries submitted by automated means, scripts, bots, or any method other than the entry form are void. Incomplete entries and entries received outside the Entry Period are void.

5. Winner Selection

At the close of each Entry Period, all eligible entries submitting the correct answer for that Entry Period will be pooled, and one (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from that pool. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries containing the correct answer received during that Entry Period.

6. Prizes

Grand Prize (one per Entry Period): One (1) product of the winner's choosing from the Nova Fishing & Outdoors online store with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of up to $20.00 USD, including standard shipping within the United States. Total ARV of the Grand Prize: $20.00 USD.

Consolation offer: All other entrants who submit the correct answer during that Entry Period will receive a promotional discount code for use at novafishingoutdoors.com. This discount code is a promotional offer, not a prize, has no cash value, may carry minimum purchase or expiration terms, and cannot be combined with other offers.

Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative or substitution will be offered, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry, within seven (7) days following the close of the applicable Entry Period. The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of the date the notification is sent. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible correct entries.

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's first name and last initial and state of residence for promotional purposes, without further compensation. Sponsor will not publish a winner's full email address, phone number, or street address.

10. Privacy and Email

Information submitted with an entry is collected by Sponsor and handled in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy. By entering, you agree that Sponsor may add your email address to the Nova Fishing & Outdoors email list and send you marketing email. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and unsubscribing will not affect your entry or your chance of winning.

If you provide a phone number and check the text-message box, you consent to receive text messages from Sponsor related to the Promotion. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Providing a phone number and consenting to text messages is optional and is not required to enter or win.

11. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process, submitted multiple entries, provided false information, or otherwise acted in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

If the Promotion is compromised by any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, including technical failure or fraud, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion and to select winners from eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

12. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Promotion or from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications, or for technical failures of any kind.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

14. Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook or Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Google, YouTube, or any other social media platform. Entrants understand they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to any such platform.

15. Winners List

To request the first name and last initial of the winner for a given Entry Period, send a written request to Sponsor at the address listed in Section 1 within thirty (30) days following the close of that Entry Period.
